Day 1 - What are you eating?

What are you eating today? Are you eating food that will fire up your body?

I am. Here is the meal plan for the next 17 days

breakfast
2 eggs OR 1 serving of yogurt (or other probiotic)
1 small low sugar fruit
1 cup green tea

Lunch
Liberal amounts of protein - fish, poultry or egg (preferably egg whites)
Unlimited amounts of cleansing vegetables
1 Cup green tea

Dinner
Liberal amounts of protein - fish, poultry or egg (preferably egg whites)
Unlimited amounts of cleansing vegetables
1 Cup green tea

Snacks (any time of the day)
2nd fruit serving
2nd probiotic

Man that's a lot of green tea.
I still have to drink 8 glasses of water a day too.
